The Arab Economic and Business Journal results from common and tireless efforts that were deployed by the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, the Arab Society of Faculties of Business, Economic and Political Sciences and our Arab and International partners, notably the Association of Arab Universities. The journal’s main objective is to establish and disseminate communication among multicultural researchers, for we are truly convinced that science and research are the best tools for a bridge-building among civilizations.
The Arab region has much to offer to Business Administration. In fact, in a world where culture, religion and customs have a large-scale influence on practices related to business administration such as leadership, human resources, marketing or even financial activity, the current ideals are not sufficient for the understanding of the regional practices. Therefore, the emergence of a new ideal, centered on economics and culture, will undoubtedly lead to a better cognition of Arab business administration practices and enhance our knowledge.
To that end, we would like to thank in advance all the participants, coming from near and far, who seek to establish and expand such a fresh ideal through an interval of dialogue and education.
