The rules in force

1.

To be in the fields of administration, economics and trade.

2.

To respect the research’s conditions such as the briefing, survey and scientific research methodology as well as references and sources; besides, the research should not be published elsewhere.

3.

To be written on a typewriter or computer and to respect the journal’s special features (3 copies for each research).

4.

To be limited to 70 pages.

5.

To be exempted from linguistic and grammatical errors.

6.

Not to be taken from the Masters or PHD letter submitted by the author, nor part of a book already published by the same author.

7.

An English abstract should be annexed to the research or paper; in case it is not possible, an abstract in Arabic should be annexed to the concerned paper.

8.

If the author is a translator, the original copy should be provided in English.

9.

The author should annex his French and Arabic CV to the paper.

10.

The research to be published is submitted to two evaluators at least, specialized in the research field and secretly chosen by the editor in chief.

11.

No rewards are to be offered to the researches and papers that will be published in the journal.

12.

The journal confirms the receipt of the author’s paper and its submission to the editor in chief two weeks following the receipt date.

13.

The journal confirms the paper’s publication two weeks following the evaluation.

14.

The journal informs the authors about the issue in which their papers will be published.

15.

Papers, researches, reports and translations shall never be returned to the author, were they published or not.

16.

The journal enjoys the copyright once the authors are informed about the publication of their research.

17.

The editor in chief allocates a symbolic financial compensation to the evaluators.

18.

A copy of the issue in which the paper or research was published is offered to the concerned author.
